IMAX - Dune 2

To mark the large format release of Dune 2, the original Dune brand burst artwork was updated to have a fully CG environment and other additional details. This would help facilitate the necessary aspect ratios for the various in situ ad placements.
My responsibilities were to handle the update of the original artwork and transition to the CG environment. This involved using Houdini’s terrain tools to build a dune environment and various particle and atmospheric effects. In addition, I handled the Nuke comp and color correction as well as the additional aspect ratio extensions.
